This anthology was published by Daily Grail Publishing in November 2016 in paperback form (ISBN: 978-0-9946176-3-7), and in hardcover form with a limited print run of 200 copies (978-0-9946176-2-0). Out of these 200 copies, 100 numbered copies were proposed with a tip-in sheet signed by the editor (John Reppion) and a number of the contributing authors (Alan Moore, Iain Sinclair, Maria J. Pérez Cuervo, Dr. Joanne Parker). This article deals with the latter edition.
The hardcover comes with a fully illustrated dust jacket designed by Pye Parr, that can be displayed upside-down. Another picture below is for size comparison with Alan Moore's Jerusalem hardcover novel.
The inner book (6.3 x 9.3 inches or 16 x 24 cm, 304 pages, $93.95 AUD) features a light grey canvas hardcover, with glued binding. Second and third of cover are plain white. The signed tip-in sheet is glued on an additional thick page opposite the second of cover (the rest of the book being printed on thin "see-through" mat paper).

The table of contents can be seen below, including the introduction written by John Reppion. Each essay is introduced by a B&W picture.
The Alan Moore essay itself, Coal Memory, is 22 pages long.
The book finishes with 12 pages dedicated to notes and sources for related essays.
